This 41 minute video will dive through 25 games that all offered up dramatic shooting, dodging and often a roguelike-style upgrade system from Steam Next Fest October 2024. 23 of these games ended up on my wishlist so there is plenty to enjoy. My personal favourite is Sektori though – I think the arcade arena shooter has the potential to be a genre classic. TemTem Swarm, Karate Survivor, Fireball 2 and Super Reacktor are my other personal stand outs.
