I love what Formula Legends is trying to do, so I’m delighted to say that the latest patch is a huge improvement to the game’s base handling. There is now an “alternative” handling model that can be selected from the main options menu, which reduces the input lag and counterweight yaw of each car, making them more responsive and less prone to randomly veering hard left or right. This means the cars steer more predictably, and that makes the gameplay more enjoyable, for me anyway. The AI has had some tweaks, but that has introduced a few new issues to resolve. I explain this in my update video.
Overall, I’m pleased with the direction Formula Legends is moving in, and this has already improved my initial review rating to probably a 7.5/10.
