Flowscape is a beautiful creative space that allows you to build tiny maps full of nature, oceans, lakes, trees, flowers and wildlife. It is a narrow but relaxing gaming experience as once you’ve created your world you can then set up camera shots within it for screenshots. If you don’t want to create it all from scratch, you can randomly generate worlds and watch them grow in front of your eyes. It feels partly magical and partly satisfying.
Hi-Potion: Mental Health in Gaming is a new series from Higher Plain Games which will explore gaming experiences that support your mental health. They may let you relax or learn more about yourself, your emotions or your brain. The video series will run throughout 2021 as a regular feature. The content will be varied but usually in a longer format – however to test the water, we have a more meditative and artistic delivery to open the series.
