80’s Marble Toy Screwball Scramble has been recreated as a video game and I am nostalgic

I still have my copy of 1979’s Screwball Scramble, a marble obstacle course game that has been in production for a good 40 years without too much change. You use the buttons and levers at the bottom of the course to move the marble around different obstacles and hope you can reach the end in 60 seconds. Someone has recreated it as an in browser game and its a faithful adaptation.

This video takes a look at the browser game itself whilst I tell a childhood story of how the real life toy took me on an awkward trip to hospital aged around 6 or 7. Enjoy my childhood stupidity.
