GeneRally 2 has added GeneRally 1 track importing and its a game changer

As GeneRally improves plenty of other things during Early Access, the big new feature in July is the ability import in GeneRally tracks. Suddenly the last 20 years of tracks that have been made beforehand are now available to use in the new game. Whilst it does kick up some bugs and crashes on occasion, its worked remarkably well during my tests so far. This video shows not only how to import them, but also how to then import the tracks into the track editor too. This means you can in theory add a 7th and 8th car grid slot, retrace AI lines and add in some of the new track items to update the tracks to GeneRally 2 spec.

This is a game changer and suddenly makes GeneRally 2 have near infinite longevity. Here’s a video explanation and demo. GeneRally 2 is currently out in Early Access on Steam.
